Details
In order to allow the Select Committee considering the Bill to consider proposed amendments, a motion has been tabled for debate on the floor of the House of Commons (anticipated to take place on 1st December 2015).
An Explanatory Note has been prepared to assist Members of Parliament in the debate on the Additional Provision 5 motion and is available here. If passed, Additional Provision 5 will be deposited (anticipated in early December 2015).
The deposit of Additional Provision 5 will give rise to a new petitioning period and consultation on Supplementary Environmental Information. Communication to affected individuals will be sent out at the time of deposits.
