Presents qualitative research exploring how adults make career decisions. The research looks at their awareness, use of and satisfaction with the support available. The study is based on 65 interviews with adults including prisoners.
Two models are derived from the data. They:
- outline the factors that influence adult career decision-making
- present 5 career decision-making styles
