This document is for grant funded public bodies and contract funded private or charitable organisations in receipt of non-devolved funding from the adult skills fund (ASF).
It may also be of interest to all current and future devolved authorities.
As the adult education budget has transitioned to the ASF, this document explains the principles behind the policy decisions so that providers better understand the government’s intention.
