This report summarises the findings of the Cutting Red Tape review on the progress of regulatory reform in the adult social care sector since the 2013 review. It focuses on adult residential nursing care.

The review is one of a series that examine whether legislation can be simplified or improved to reduce unnecessary burdens on business.
