Purpose of the grant
The purpose of the Adult Social Work Apprenticeship Fund was to provide a contribution for local authorities in England to fund the costs associated with facilitating an adult social work apprenticeship that are not otherwise covered by the apprenticeship levy.
There was £8 million available to local authorities in 2023 to 2024.
