Details

The minimum dataset technical guidance describes the data items required by Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID) as a condition of the adult weight management services grant. The technical guidance document explains the process for completion and submission of the dataset, using the OHID data reporting spreadsheet provided.

The privacy notice explains the data that is being collected including how it will be used and may be shared.

The ‘Capturing data: a tool to collect and record adult weight management service data’ is a more detailed tool that supports the consistent collection and reporting of outcomes in adult tier 2 behavioural weight management services at a local level. It can be used in conjunction with the minimum data set, however, the completion of this tool is not a condition of the adult weight management services grant. This tool was created by Public Health England (now OHID) in 2017.
