IPSOS MORI has assessed the options and procedures that the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) need to follow to carry out a full economic evaluation of the AMSCI funding scheme.

AMSCI was created in 2011 as a competitive fund. The scheme provides subsidies for capital investment, research and development and training for industrial projects involving collaborations across supply chains.
