MedExpress complained to MHRA about a press release issued by Online Clinic for Dymista (azelastine hydrochloride and fluticasone propionate). The complainant was concerned that the press release, which announced the availability of a new product, promoted a prescription-only medicine to the public.
MHRA upheld the complaint. Online Clinic investigated and removed the press release.
