MHRA reviewed a leaflet produced by Pharma Nord as part of regular scrutiny of advertising, which was used at their trade stand at the Pharmacy Show in Birmingham on 5/6 October. We were concerned that the leaflet included product claims and promoted unlicensed medicines.
Pharma Nord agreed to withdraw the material and ensure that future price lists are limited to a simple listing of the product details.
