Details

This measure enables HMRC to grant, amend and revoke approvals for aerodromes that handle the movement of people and goods to or from the UK.

These aerodromes will need to either obtain an approval or take reasonable steps to make sure movements of aircraft and goods to or from the UK do not take place from their aerodrome.
