To get AHP 2021 to 2026 funding towards the capital costs of developing affordable housing for rent or sale in England you need to:

This guidance details how to submit an AHP 2021 to 2026 bid in the IMS and includes how to enter:

  • a firm scheme (where a provider can confirm all the details of a planned development, such as the site, cost and timeline for delivery) and a firm offer
  • a valuation (the current value and the purchase price of the land)
  • the Building for a Healthy Life (BHL) score
