UK Visas and Immigration guidance for staff on the 2 Cabinet Office schemes designed to help current and former locally employed staff (LES) in Afghanistan. It covers:

• the ex-gratia redundancy scheme and the intimidation policy
• the process for LES who qualify to relocate to the UK under those schemes

   The guidance has been updated to reflect changes set out in the Statement of Changes laid in Parliament on 18 October 2022.
