Offering homes to people from Afghanistan
Local councils are creating incentive schemes to help make private rental accommodation available to families and individuals who have arrived under the:
- Afghan Citizens Resettlement Scheme (ACRS)
- Afghan Relocations and Assistance Policy (ARAP)
Please read this information before completing the property offer form:
- Private persons offering 5 or fewer properties must complete the property offer form for each property they offer.
- Everyone else, including landlords of houses of multiple occupation (HMOs) and any organisations must email HousingPortal@levellingup.gov.uk with this information:
- contact name
- telephone number

We aim to respond to your offer within 5 working days.
