  • disqualify AFS Scaffolding Limited from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence in Great Britain for a period of 5 years with effect from 3rd September 2019
  • disqualify Ross Findlay for a period of 5 years from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence in Great Britain or being director of any entity that holds or obtains such a licence with effect from 23:45 on 3rd September 2019
