Details of the application
A.G. Wright and Sons (Farms) Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is to vary licence serial number 6/33/35/*S/0284/R01 which authorises the abstraction of water from Old West River at Haddenham, Cambridge from multiple reaches for the purpose of spray irrigation.
The variation applied for is to add 5 abstraction reaches between National Grid References TL 47115 72747 and TL 47748 72714; TL 46996 72467 and TL 47677 72405; TL 46871 72162 and TL 47527 72131; TL 47883 71468 and TL 47661 71385; and between TL 47115 72747 and TL 46803 71839 and TL 47661 71385.
