Details

HM Courts & Tribunals Service engaged in a pilot with three external commercial providers to enable better understanding of how collectable its aged debt can be and how a combination of new systems, techniques and innovation could increase our capability to trace and collect monies from defaulters. The pilot was not a competition and in no way will impact on any future procurement.

The pilot was for a 3 month period and was completed in January 2012. The findings of the pilot are documented in the HMCTS Aged Debt Final Report.
