Agile Nations member countries endorsed the Agile Nations Charter during the ‘Panel on Agile Governance for the Post-pandemic World’ in November 2020, convened jointly by the World Economic Forum and Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).

The Charter sets out members’ commitment to creating a regulatory environment in which new innovations can thrive, while upholding public and environmental protections. The Charter outlines how members intend to co-operate in helping innovators navigate each other’s rules, test new ideas with regulators and scale them across their markets.
