This includes any commercially sensitive material relating to law firms. For a period of 2 years from the date you left the employment of GLD, you must not use privileged access to contacts in Government gained during your employment in GLD for the benefit of your new employer, TLT, or of you in your role at TLT – including former colleagues in GLD. For a period of 1 year from the date you left the employment of GLD, you must not conduct litigation or act against central Government on any matter on which you have been personally involved, or have knowledge of, from your employment at GLD. |
