This document contains the following information: Agreement amending for the second time the partnership agreement between the members of the African, Caribbean and Pacific Group of States, of the one part, and the European Community and its member states, of the other part, signed in Cotonou on 23 June 2000, as first amended in Luxembourg on 25 June 2005: Opened for signature in Ouagadougou, 22 June 2010 thereafter from 1 July 2010 to 31 October 2010 in Brussels.

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
