Aid Transparency Index 2024: FCDO response
The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) responded to the results of the Aid Transparency Index 2024 in which it was rated ‘Very good’.

Details
The Aid Transparency Index 2024 (ATI24) was published on 16 July 2024. It provides an independent measure of aid transparency among the world’s major development agencies.
In line with its public commitment to aid transparency in the UK’s Open Government sixth National Action Plan, the FCDO achieved its stated aim of scoring a rating of ‘Very good’ in the ATI24.
In this public response to the results, the FCDO sets out the actions it will take to address each of the recommendations from ATI24, as well as its future ambition on aid transparency beyond the assessment.
