The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:
- revoke the operator licence held by Alan Laughlin T/A AWL Minicoaches with effect from 23:45 on 30 April 2020
- disqualify Alan Laughlin from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence in Great Britain for a period of 5 years
- disqualify Thomas Walker for a period of 6 months from acting as transport manager on any licence with effect from 23:45 on 30 April 2020
