Details

This doctrine is a ready reference for both the air and maritime communities.

It bridges the enduring principles and guidance between AJP-3.1: Allied Joint Maritime Operations (not yet published) and AJP-3.3: Allied Joint Doctrine for Air and Space Operations.

It does not simply repeat information in these publications, but provides information at the operational level to aid commanders and their staffs to plan for and control air from both elements (maritime and non-maritime air assets) when conducting joint and combined operations.
