This guide provides information about the purposes for which the register may be altered, either by the court or the registrar, under Schedule 4 to the Land Registration Act 2002. It also provides information about how to make an application for alteration, as well as explaining the limitations on the ability to alter the register where the alteration amounts to rectification.
