Other information

If you have been away from the industry and wish to revalidate your expired certificate of competency, you are required to pass an oral examination.

Before completing this form, please ensure you have read MSN 1861 Amendment 1 and the guidance notes and instructions on pages 6 and 7.

The MCA is unable to provide a counter service.
