You’ll need your:
- redundancy claim reference number (this begins with LN)
- National Insurance number
Contact the insolvency practitioner handling your employer’s insolvency if:
- you are not sure about the information you need to provide
- you’re making changes to any details in your claim
They may also need to change the information they provided to us.

We need to know about any wages and other money you were owed by your employer, up to your last official date of working.

- name
- National Insurance number

- mobile number

Your bank details
