The report looks at how Administrative Reviews (AR) are considered by the dedicated unit within UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) and the smaller number that are dealt with at the border by Border Force. The inspection examined how effective the AR process was at identifying and correcting case working errors.

The report makes five recommendations, aimed for the most part at improving current AR processes and oversight.
