Details of the application
Anglian Water Services Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is to vary licence serial number AN/034/0005/010 which authorises the abstraction of water from groundwater at National Grid Reference TG 18 05 in Norfolk.
The variation applied for is to add a purpose to the abstraction point at National Grid Reference TG 18 05 and to reduce the maximum annual abstraction to 1,439,000 cubic metres per year.
