Details of the application
Anglian Water Services Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is to vary licence serial number 4/30/07/*G/0025 which authorises the abstraction of water from underground strata comprising of Northern Lincolnshire Limestone at National Grid Reference TF 01 81 near Lincoln, Lincolnshire.
The variation applied for is: to add the purpose of ‘transfer for the purpose of river support/augmentation’ from 01/04/2025. The discharge location is National Grid Reference TF 01 81.
