Details

Before you fill in this form, read the guidance on how to store and dispose of disinfectant washwater.

The Environment Agency will assess your disposal plan and tell you if you need an environmental permit to dispose of washwater on land (known as landspreading).

You can get an unlimited fine if you carry out landspreading without a permit and the Environment Agency says you need one.
