The role of the Parole Board for England and Wales is to make risk assessments to inform decisions on the release and recall of prisoners with the ultimate aim of protecting the public and successfully reintegrating prisoners into the community.

This paper was laid before Parliament in response to a legislative requirement or as a Return to an Address and was ordered to be printed by the House of Commons.
