Use form ATED1 to allow HMRC to deal with your agent for Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings (ATED) and ATED related Capital Gains Tax.

If you want to appoint an agent you’ll need to complete an Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings (ATED) form if you’re:
- unable to register to use the new online service
- an overseas company with no UK unique taxpayer reference, known as UTR
- liable for ATED related Capital Gains Tax
Email HMRC to ask for this form in Welsh (Cymraeg).
