The Commission announced by Implementing Regulation 2017/336, OJ L50, the imposition of definitive Anti-Dumping Duty on imports of flat products of non-alloy or other alloy steel (excluding stainless steel, silicon electrical steel, tool steel and high-speed steel), hot-rolled, not clad, plated or coated, not in coils, of a thickness exceeding 10mm and of a width of 600mm or more or of a thickness of 4.75mm or more but not exceeding 10mm and of a width of 2050mm or more, originating in the People’s Republic of China, with effect from 1 March 2017.

The rates of definitive Anti-Dumping Duty applicable to the net, free-at-Union-frontier price, before duty produced by the companies listed below shall be:

Customs authorities are hereby directed that the duty will not be applied retrospectively to imports registered prior to the provisional Anti-Dumping Duty.
Amounts secured by way of provisional duty shall be definitively collected.
