Train drivers have the right to appeal to the Secretary of State for Transport certain decisions taken by the Office of Rail and Road (ORR) regarding their train driving licence.
You can appeal a decision if:
- your application for a licence or its update, renewal or duplication is not granted
- your existing licence is suspended or withdrawn
- you are prohibited from driving a train in Great Britain
