Details
A ‘core bundle’ means all the documents you must send to the Court of Appeal when you appeal a decision. The documents help the judge understand what your case is about before the court session begins.
This index lists all the documents you must include in your bundle if you appeal:
- a judicial review of a decision by the Home Secretary in an administrative review
- from the Upper Tribunal Immigration and Asylum Chamber
