Form BSA4 is for a landlord to appeal a notice of liability to pay a share of a remediation amount given by another landlord of the same property; for a landlord to appeal a notice of liability to pay the remediation amount from another landlord; or for a landlord to appeal a notice from another landlord to pay a share of a remediation amount.
