Appendix 22E: Declaration Category Data Sets C1 B&E
Updated 28 February 2025
The following table identifies the requirements for completion of the appropriate data elements on a C1 B&E simplified declaration (on an occasional basis). A supplementary declaration is not required.
Where a Commodity Code requires completion of data elements that are not part of this data set (for example, DE 6/2 Supplementary Units), then the export simplified declaration on an occasional basis (C1 B&E) cannot be used.
In addition, claims to Authorisation by Customs Declaration or licencing cannot be made using the C1 B&E data set. In these circumstances an alternative declaration category data set must be used.
