Update to both the application form and guidance to remove or amend various questions. Change made to show available standard rules sets. Update to wording for waste production criterion for a low impact installation and amendment to the section on applying for more than one set of standard rules.

Removed from the application form references to EMAS and EMAS Easy and updated the list of rule sets that can be applied for. Added to the guidance note SR2020 No 1 to the list of SRs that need a fire prevention plan and updated information on obtaining pre-application advice and how it is used.

Updated as part of the alterations to the Environment Agency's standard rules.

The form now has an additional Standard Rule on the list. Also additional blank rows have been added to the list so that it can be used for any new standard rules that come out before the form is next updated.
