Complete a different form if your property is in Wales. 

This questionnaire is for customers with a self-catering property that has met the criteria for business rates. Please only complete this questionnaire once all the criteria have been met. 

You can complete this questionnaire digitally or print it and complete it manually. 

Where to send your form 

Once complete, save the questionnaire and attach it to an email to specialist.rating@voa.gov.uk with the subject heading “Self-catering application for business rates” and submit.
