Details

Use the FLR(P) form to apply for permission to stay in the UK if all of the following apply:

  • you’re a child under 18
  • you want to stay with a relative who is not your parent (such as a grandparent, brother, sister, step-parent, uncle or aunt) who is aged 18 or over
  • the relative has protection status in the UK
  • the relative has not settled in the UK

Fee waiver

If you cannot afford the application fee and/or the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS), you can request a fee waiver.

To request a fee waiver, you need to:

  • fill in the fee waiver request form send it together with FLR(P) form

This fee waiver request form can only be used with FLR(P) applications. It cannot be used to get a fee waiver for any other type of application.

Payment slip

You may also need to fill in the payment slip and send it to pay your application fee:

  • if your fee waiver request is refused and you still you wish to continue with your application for permission to stay; and
  • if you have not provided your payment details on your FLR(P) application form
