Use form FLR (LR) to apply online if you have permission to stay in the UK and want to extend your stay on the basis that you have lived in the UK lawfully for a minimum of 10 continuous years.

You cannot add any dependants to this application form. Dependants, such as family members, should make their own application if they would also like to apply on this route.

You should check your eligibility before you apply. If you are eligible to apply you will find guidance on how to complete your application and the evidence you need to provide within the online application form.
