If you are intending on cancelling a registration on the basis of a comparable mark, please refer to TPN 2/2020 for guidance and information on the correct form to use.
Before completing and submitting this application we recommend you read information on invalidation.
Do not use this form:
- to apply to revoke a trade mark on grounds of non-use, use form TM26(N) ‘Application to revoke a registration or a protected international trade mark (UK) for reasons of non-use’
- to apply to revoke a trade mark on grounds other than non-use, use form TM26(O) ‘Application to revoke a registration or a protected international trade mark (UK) for reasons other than non-use’
Complete the front section and the relevant section(s) upon which you are basing your grounds for invalidation.

All Intellectual Property Office fee bearing forms should be filed with the appropriate fee.
