Details

Use this form to vary an environmental permit to rear pigs or poultry in an installation with more than any of the following:

  • 40,000 places for poultry
  • 2,000 places for production pigs (over 30kg)
  • 750 places for sows

If you want to carry out any other activities that need a permit (such as use an anaerobic digester) you must complete the appropriate parts of the Environmental Permitting Regulations application form.
