How many applications have been submitted to the Home Office requesting permission to use a scheduled or controlled substance citing Human Rights legislation regarding freedom of religion within the last 5 years?
We released the following information on 28 December 2012.
The Home Office has received one formal application citing Human Rights ‘Freedom of Religion’ legislation as a basis for handling a controlled drug within the last 5 years.
