Use this application form if you want to file documents online and pay the fee by credit account instead of by credit or debit card.

How to apply

Send your application form to chdfinance@companieshouse.gov.uk. This could take up to 5 days to process.

You’ll need to apply for a presenter account to file company accounts and documents with Companies House using software.

Filing charge (mortgage) documents as an agent or lender

If you need to file charge (mortgage) documents for other companies, you must register as a lender.

You can also use this form to apply for a Companies House credit account at the same time.
