Details

If you are deaf or have a hearing impairment and paid to take a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter to your driving test, use this form to apply to the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) for a refund.

Your claim will be delayed if you do not give all the information needed or send the right documents.

How to make a claim

  1. Download and save the form to your device.

  2. Open the form on your device and fill it in.

  3. Print the filled in form and sign it.

  4. Scan or take a clear photo of each page of the form.

  5. Email the scan or photos to DVSA. You also need to attach scans or photos of a receipt if your interpreter did not sign the form.
