Use this form to apply for administrative restoration of a limited liability partnership (LLP) to the Companies House register.

Details
It costs £468 to apply. We’ll reject your application if you do not include the correct fee.
You can only apply for administrative restoration if:
- you were an LLP member
- it was struck off the register and dissolved by the Registrar of Companies within the last 6 years
- it was trading at the time it was dissolved
You’ll need to get a court order to restore the LLP if the members applied for voluntary strike off.
You must print the form at full size on white A4 sized paper.
