To apply to be authorised as a certified motorcycle instructor, download the application form, fill it in and send it to the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) with 2 signed and dated passport-sized photos.

You’ll need to send 2 other forms at the same time if you’re setting up an approved training body.
