Details

If you need to file charge (mortgage) documents online for other companies, you must register with Companies House as a lender.

You can also apply for a Companies House credit account at the same time. This means you can pay for documents with a fee by credit account, instead of by credit or debit card.

How to apply

Send your application form to chdfinance@companieshouse.gov.uk. This could take up to 5 days to process.

You’ll need to apply for a presenter account to file with Companies House using software.
