Use this 'application notice' for all applications to the court about insolvency, except when applying for an administration order, winding-up petition or bankruptcy petition.

You can use Form IAA to apply to a court about an insolvency matter, such as:

• challenging a statutory demand
• cancelling a winding-up order
• stopping your creditors from applying to wind up your company
• applying to access your company’s bank account if someone files a petition to wind up your company
