Appointments to ICSID Panels: call for expressions of interest

DIT invites expressions of interest for UK designates to the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) Panels of Arbitrators and Conciliators.

Details

The Department for International Trade (DIT) is designating four individuals to the Panel of Arbitrators and four individuals to the Panel of Conciliators convened by the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).

These panels act as rosters from which individual arbitrators or conciliators can be selected for ICSID tribunals, commissions or ad hoc committees.

Applicants should have relevant knowledge and experience of international law, proven organisational skills and meet the qualifications specified in the ICSID Convention.

Applicants of all backgrounds are encouraged to apply and are particularly welcome from under-represented groups.
